• provide its employees with suitable and effective personal protective equipment and ensure that such equipment is correctly used at all times by its employees as well as by all other personnel working within the facilities
• provide a prompt and adequate response system in case of accidents or emergencies;
• investigate all accidents / incidents and take appropriate corrective measures to avoid recurrence;
• integrate safety considerations into business decision-making and job planning at all levels.

All employees will share the responsibility for implementation of this policy:

• the Directors will coordinate the implementation of this policy by ensuring that effective safety rules, procedures and support programs are in place in their respective areas and that sufficient resources are made available;
• the Safety Officer will guide and support the development and implementation of safety programs and monitor their performance;
• Managers and Engineers will assure compliance with safety rules and procedures and ensure prompt implementation of corrective actions within their areas
• all employees will adhere to the applicable safety rules & procedures and take all the necessary precautions in carrying out their duties to avoid accidents.
